Phil started his career at BP, working across their downstream businesses, predominantly in refining and trading. Post-BP, he spent 7 years working for Deloitte in their Energy consulting business - working in Europe, the Americas and Asia.  Since 2010, he has specialised in Energy Information, initially with Energy Intelligence and subsequently with Argus Media where he was the Senior Vice President & Global Lead for LPG.
